Mr. Renson Tomy worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce (Self – Financing). He had completed his Masters of Commerce in Business Finance from Pondicherry Central University and his Bachelor of Commerce from Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Thevara. He cleared the UGC NET examination in Commerce in 2019 and the LBS SET examination in Commerce in 2021. At the time, he was pursuing a PhD in Commerce from MG University, Kottayam, Kerala.

His main areas of interest and expertise included Financial Management, Capital Market, Banking and Insurance, Entrepreneurship, and Management Accounting.

He incorporated many ICT enabled tools and techniques in the classroom to enhance the teaching – learning experience.

He acted as a resource person for various guest lecture series for other colleges.

He published UGC Care articles and participated in several national and international (online) conferences.
